- Coordinate production, processing, and distribution for many types of manufacturing and industry.
- Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems.
- Communicating with your team to resolve production or processing problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve interpersonal conflicts.
- Writing production reports or personnel records.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure finished quality products.
- Create budgets for supplies to efficiently meet production targets.
- Begin and coordinate inventory or cost control programs.
- Coordinate facility maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
