Mission

State of the Art Manufacturing and Relationship Building since 1953 with Quality, Trust, Customer Service & Craftsmanship

About Us

Frankfort Manufacturing Company (FMC) was founded in 1953 specializing in carbide and steel products for the Cold Heading industry. Over the years Frankfort has expanded into wood processing knives, medical components and specialized milled parts for almost any application. A new line-up of CNC mills and lathes is enabling FMC to expand into machine automation products and beyond.

Frankfort employs 40 full-time employees, running two shifts. FMC has a strong customer base built on trust and outstanding craftsmanship. That tradition has carried over into new opportunities that allowed Frankfort to expand operations into assembly. For example, we now produce sophisticated components for use on automobile assembly lines in the U.S. and abroad.

We support youth in exploring manufacturing careers by visiting schools for mock interviews and presentations and MFG Day behind the scenes tours. Many of our job roles are trained onsite and only require a high school completion, and we develop your career per your interests and skills internally over time as well.
